huge opportunity in chattanooga...

it's the measure of an organization's development and maturity to see what it can do when an opportunity presents itself...one such moment is arriving for tcask in chattanooga...

a headline in today's chattanoogan.com reads. "Civil Rights Leader Dr. Joseph Lowery Speaks Here Aug. 27," and embedded in the story is the following... "As convenor of the Georgia Coalition for the People's Agenda (GCPA), he is active in ... criminal justice reform, including alternative sentencing and a moratorium on the death penalty."
